To help you find your way around and make the most of your stay, we've put together a non-exhaustive list of the markets around our g\u00eetes. These are great opportunities to discover the region's typical towns and villages.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Markets in Honfleur<\/h2>\n

In Honfleur, the markets are an integral part of local life, offering a great opportunity to discover the flavours and atmosphere of the harbour. From local produce to fresh seafood and colourful stalls, strolling through Honfleur's markets is a real pleasure, both for filling your shopping basket and for enjoying the town's friendly atmosphere.<\/p>\n

Honfleur has several markets during the week: the traditional market and the small flower market on Saturday mornings, one of the few exclusively organic markets in the region on Wednesday mornings, the fish market on Thursday mornings, as well as a night market during the summer season, ideal for extending the evening stroll.<\/p>\n

Our little ritual is to go and have a drink on the terrace of the Albatros, along the Vieux-Bassin after strolling through the market.<\/em><\/p>\n

            Markets in Trouville<\/h2>\n
            In Trouville-sur-Mer, the market has a scent of iodine and a resolutely authentic atmosphere. Renowned for its fish market and its famous Trouville mackerel, the town's maritime tradition is alive and well, with the rhythm of arrivals and the bustle of the port.<\/p>\n
            The Trouville market is held every Wednesday and Sunday from 8am to 1pm and features over 100 stallholders. Stretching from the Pont des Belges to the fish market, it offers a pleasant stroll along the quayside. Cheesemongers, butchers, pork butchers, greengrocers, craftsmen and fishermen fill baskets with fresh produce to create delicious meals. A wide range of ready-made meals are also on offer, perfect for enjoying on the go, overlooking the boats.<\/p>\n
            Every Saturday morning, from 8.30am to 1pm, an organic market takes place on the Quai Fernand Moureaux. Local organic producers are on hand to offer a fine selection of quality produce: fruit and vegetables, cheese and dairy products, bread, eggs, spices, cider, meat and biscuits... enough to tantalise the taste buds and fill up on good things.<\/p>\n

                Markets in Deauville<\/h2>\n
                In Deauville, market-goers will find something for everyone: covered markets, open-air markets and even organic markets.<\/p>\n
                The indoor market is held in Les Halles, while the open-air market is held in Place Morny, on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 7am to 1.30pm, as well as on certain Sundays depending on the season, and every day in July and August. It's a veritable festival of colours and aromas: cheeses, fresh fruit and vegetables, local hams, fish, shellfish and crustaceans are all on display to delight gourmets.<\/p>\n
                Stroll around the stalls and you'll find everything you need to treat yourself or bring back a souvenir: flowers, books, clothes, costume jewellery or hats, perfect for a special treat or to brighten up your stay.<\/p>\n
                The organic market takes place every Thursday from 8am to 1pm, in the square around the church of Saint-Augustin. You'll find market gardeners, cheese-makers and jam producers, all in a friendly, committed atmosphere.<\/p>\n

                  In Pont-l'\u00c9v\u00eaque, the market is a must for discovering the gourmet soul of the Pays d'Auge. In a friendly, authentic atmosphere, the stalls are filled with local produce and Normandy specialities, perfect for putting together a \"terroir\" basket or simply strolling through the heart of the town.<\/p>\n
                  The traditional market in Pont-l'\u00c9v\u00eaque takes place every Monday morning until 1pm, and every Sunday morning in July and August, offering a great opportunity to combine a stroll, gourmet discoveries and local life.<\/p>\n

                    In Lisieux, the market is a time of life in its own right, combining traditions, local produce and the bustle of the town centre. It's the perfect opportunity to stroll around, fill your basket with goodies and discover the local atmosphere in the heart of the Pays d'Auge.<\/p>\n
                    Lisieux's weekly market is held every Saturday morning until 1pm, in the Place de la R\u00e9publique and Rue Pont-Mortain, where stalls are set up throughout the day.<\/p>\n
                    The town also hosts a number of popular annual fairs, including the tree fair in March (which lasts three days) and the picot fair, dedicated to poultry and small animals, on the first Sunday in August.<\/p>\n
